Items that are customized will be shipped in 7-10 days. If you have a need sooner than this, please contact me by email. I will do my best to meet your needs. You will receive notification by email when your item has shipped.

Custom items will not be made until payment is received. I only accept PayPal.

Your satisfaction is important to me! I strive to create items that you & your family will love & be proud to wear or display in your home. If you are not satisfied, please contact me. I will either remake your item or give you a refund (minus shipping) upon receipt of your original item.

I use quality blanks, fabrics & threads for my embroidery. Specific care instructions will be included with each item. With proper care your personalized items will give you many years of service. I cannot be responsible for articles that have not received proper care!

Care of Your Custom Embroidered Article

For articles of clothing, pillowcases, & other washable items the following care is recommended:

Wash/Rinse: Cold/cold water with article turned inside out on Delicate or Permanent Press Cycle. No bleach! Fabric Softeners made by used as desired.

Drying: Dry article inside out for 7 minutes, then hang to finish drying.
Iron: Press using press cloth if needed on steam setting low.
